ADHD Coaching Sessions
What Are ADHD Coaching Sessions?
Jumpstart Center offers specialized ADHD coaching sessions led by Dr. Adrienne Robek, a New York licensed psychologist, doctoral-level behavior analyst (BCBA-D), and certified ADHD coach. She has completed formal training in ADHD coaching, allowing her to provide targeted, evidence-based support tailored to the unique needs of individuals with ADHD.
These sessions are designed to help children, adolescents, and adults better manage the core challenges of ADHD—such as inattention, impulsivity, poor time management, and difficulties with organization and self-regulation.
ADHD coaching focuses on building practical tools that fit the client’s lifestyle and daily routines. Whether you or your child has been recently diagnosed or has been navigating ADHD for years, coaching can offer structure, insight, and clarity that support meaningful growth at home, in school, or in the workplace.
